COB 300 - Clip & Go
This project focused on developing a full business plan for Clip & Go, a product designed to make cycling more convenient by allowing users to convert any bag into a secure, bike-ready pannier.

Our team conducted market research to identify target audiences and position the product as a more affordable and flexible alternative to traditional pannier bags. We also developed a complete marketing strategy, including pricing, distribution, and promotion, supported by financial projections and operational planning.

This project strengthened my ability to connect marketing strategy with overall business decisions and real-world application.
Final Presentation
For this project, my team and I developed and pitched a full business plan for Clip & Go, a product that allows cyclists to turn any bag into a secure pannier.

We identified the common problem of backpacks being uncomfortable while riding and created a more affordable, flexible solution. We also built out the marketing strategy, including pricing, distribution, and social media promotion, backed by financial projections.

We presented our final pitch to four professors, which strengthened my ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently in a professional setting.
